Femina Health is mainly a referral-based clinic.

After Your Referral is Accepted

  • Patients whose referrals are accepted will receive a text message confirming they have been placed on the waitlist.

    • The message will provide an AVA Patient ID. Please email your AVA Patient ID and email address to myemail@feminahealthab.com so that your AVA Connect invite can be sent.

  • Please activate your AVA Connect & complete the emailed Clinic Policy Agreement within 5 days of receipt as the link expires.

  • You will not be able to self-book an appointment. We will contact you via AVA Portal Message with information.

For Self-Referred Services

  • To request an appointment, please call the clinic and leave a voicemail with the following information:

    • Full name

    • Alberta Personal Health Number (PHN/ULI)

    • Date of birth

    • Email address

  • This information allows us to create your chart and send you an invitation to AVA Connect.

    • Please activate your AVA Portal & complete the emailed Clinic Policy Agreement within 5 days of receipt as the link expires.

  • You will be able to self-book an appointment.
